This is the most unique wine label launch you’ve ever seen – you’ll be there as label artist John Draper draws a room full of wine lovers into the inspiring processes of art and design. What better muse than a rich and spicy 2011 De Lisio McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon.

If you’re creative and arty, you love a project or you just like to know how things work, De Lisio Wines invites you to be part of the label design process as you see De Lisio’s label artist create a new character and design, while you chip in your advice and ideas along the way. That’s right, you’re invited to critique, criticise, challenge and create the character that will become the label for the 2011 De Lisio Cabernet Sauvignon. Of course you’re also welcome to just sit back and enjoy the show, the art, the wine, the chocolat and the food – as you’re also there for an indulgent three-course meal by Chef Robert Yates of Decant Restaurant.

The De Lisio Wines Label Launch experience is the first event of the 2015 McLaren Vale Sea & Vines Festival this Friday at Stump Hill Gallery so you don’t have to wait to start your long weekend celebrations. You’ll also be able to continue your celebrations long after the event, as you’ll receive a six-pack of the new release wine as a special gift, and a uniquely personal addition to your wine cellar.

As you discover the art of label design, premium wine and chic cuisine, your evening will be topped off with the art of chocolat. De Lisio Wines has collaborated with Chocolat by Daniela to bring you two wine-infused artisan chocolat petite fours: ‘The Covert’ Shiraz infused dark chocolat and the ‘Honeypot’ Moscato infused white chocolat. Daniela’s creations will challenge your assumptions about what you can expect from chocolat.

Every guest has the chance to win a night at the Clarion Hotel Soho Spa Suite with De Lisio sparkling wine and chocolates in your room, a divine three-course dinner at Decant Restaurant and a cooked breakfast the next morning. Valued at $760!
