SA business beats Telstra in National Awards

ACG Global has been awarded best Productivity App at the 2012 Australian Mobile Awards.

The Adelaide based business beat Telstra to take the trophy for its flagship product, My Brand Manager, at last night’s ceremony in Sydney.

ACG Global’s Mark Simpkin says it’s testimony to where a good idea can lead.

“We developed the My Brand Manager app because we saw a real opportunity to help wide area networked businesses manage   their operations more easily and efficiently,” Mr Simpkin
says.

“The great feedback we receive from users of the app is very extremely rewarding in itself but beating a company the size and strength of Telstra and topping the country in our category takes that satisfaction to another level.”

My Brand Manager is an iPhone and iPad app that enables audit, compliance, quality control and mystery shopping programmes to be instantly processed, compiled and reported whilst on site.

It utilises smart technology including photo, video and voice-to-text capabilities, plus creates action plans, all in real time to avoid the need for report writing back at the office.

“ACG Global is all about helping companies maximize sales and service performance with innovative, effective and easy to use solutions,” Mr Simpkin says.

“This app gives businesses a real edge, ensuring consistency of excellence throughout their operations and giving them back valuable time.”

The app, which was also a Finalist in the In Field services category, works in conjunction with ACG Global’s Global Management System and is available in the iTunes store.
