South Australian Business Community Invited To Remember Australian Veterans This November

Enjoy a delicious breakfast with special guests as past and present war veterans are honoured at a very important event

Join Lieutenant General David Morrison AO, Australia’s former Chief of Army, to honour past and present veterans at the 2015 Remembrance Business Breakfast, Friday November 6th at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Hosted by The Repat Foundation – The Road Home (TRF) with Channel Seven’s Mike Smithson as MC, this popular annual event sees the SA business community unite to honour and support veterans, service personnel and their families.

Keynote Speaker, LTGEN Morrison had a 36 year career as a solider seeing operational service in Bougainville and East Timor and leading troops from platoon level all the way up to his appointment of three star General – Chief of Army.

He is also an advocate for gender equality in the Armed Forces and actively encourages militaries around the world to open up all areas of service to women as a way of changing their culture and helping end sexual violence.

TRF Chief Executive Officer Paul Flynn strongly encourages all members of the SA business community to purchase tickets to this event to remember and reflect on the service of past and present Australian veterans.

“We are honoured to have LTGEN Morrison come to Adelaide for this significant event. Attendees are in for a truly memorable and thought-provoking experience.”
