Adelaide’s newest luxury restaurant, Huami, has officially opened at SkyCity, blending traditional Chinese culinary artistry with contemporary design, local produce, and theatrical style.
It's "a poetic homage to Chinese heritage, reimagined for the modern world," with a 700-bottle wine wall, floating glass tiles, panoramic views and a centrepiece duck oven.
