Local business owner Sam Worrall Thompson (one of the owners & and chef at Jack Ruby) has been delivering a boot camp called Six Weeks to Sexy in Adelaide, originally made famous by X Factor judge and singer Natalie Bassingthwaighte through the Six Weeks to Sexy program in Sydney, created through brother Blake Worrall Thompson.
As the weather starts to warm up, there has been a surge in interest for the program with Sam locating to a brand new studio in Magill. The program has had such a strong response with women that demand for a men’s program has now been specifically developed, with Six Weeks to Shredded recently starting.
The program looks to the best training routines and carefully designed nutrition guide to achieve fit and strong bodies through the engaging and personalised workout plan.
Trainer Sam Worrall Thompson said the Six Weeks programs are not like regular group exercise classes and bootcamps – it’s about whole body wellbeing and building confidence.
“This program is designed to not only deliver results but to provide strength and confidence to each participant,” said Sam.
“The idea of Six Weeks to Sexy is that everyone motivates you to push yourself as hard as you can. The support network of the Six Weeks to Sexy group and Six Weeks to Shredded is what makes this program so successful – so many people walk away from this program with a new outlook and appreciation for their body and a group of new friends.”
The program is set to expand further with a new Six Weeks group especially designed for mothers after pregnancy. Nutritional plans and workout timetables will be adapted to accommodate chaotic lifestyles, child care and everything in between.
