Frenchie & Co is the bustling restaurant that transports you from Fairview Park straight to the streets of France.
The gently lit venue is full of charm and authentic french decor.
The interior is light and cheery, featuring a large curved serving counter and a cabinet full of fresh authentic goodies.
A well-stocked liquor cabinet fills the walls behind the counter, showcasing the range of offerings available at Frenchie & Co.
Before Frenchie and Co, the eatery’s owner Cazz Stephens owned and ran La Guillotine restaurant for 27 years and Bistro France at Burnside Village for 12 years.
Much to the appeasement of long-time customers, Cazz’s new venture is a reincarnation of La Guillotine and Bistro France’s menu, appearance and quality service.
The menu is centred around a love for food, with many of the meals being inspired by Cazz’s great grandmother and fathers traditional recipes from the Loire Valley located in the centre of France.
As well as traditional French cuisine, Frenchie makes barista fresh coffee to accompany customers morning treats, such as fruit tarts made to delicate, buttery perfection.
The eatery which has been open for just over a year has drawn crowds from across the city. Many of whom adored the previous iterations of Frenchie & Co so much they commute to the new venue to continue the tradition of celebrating in French sleek style.
Frenchie & Co is open Monday – Saturday 9am – 3pm.
