Bickford’s Unveil $20m New Word-Class Production Line

With Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Premier Steven Marshall present, Bickford Group’s plant has unveiled a world class production line.


This morning, Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Premier Steven Marshall visited the northern suburbs for the official opening of Bickford Group’s new European manufactured production and the new Aseptic Line in their Salisbury South production facility.

Owner Angelo Kotses also conducted a tour of the facility where the newly operational equipment delivered some of the first Bickford’s products through the system.

The $20m project by the family owned business has seen three years of development

In a post on Facebook, Scott Morrison stated that manufacturers around the country, like Bickford’s, will be backed in similar ventures.

“With grants now open for our $160 million fund that supports small and mediums sized businesses to invest in new technology, create new jobs and up skills workers.”

“The economy is growing and we have a clear economic plan, set out in the Budget, for the years ahead,” he added.
