For more than two decades, the Adelaide Cabaret Festival has transformed winter in Adelaide into a sparkling celebration of world-class music, storytelling, satire and spectacle.
Now, one of the festival’s most beloved partnerships is returning for another year, with Barossa wine family Corryton Burge taking over the iconic Quartet Bar at Adelaide Festival Centre, bringing a taste of the Barossa to the heart of the world’s largest cabaret festival.
As Artistic Director, Reuben Kaye leads this year’s Delicious Revolution, festivalgoers will be treated to a lineup of performances that push the boundaries, unforgettable characters and late-night conversations and recaps over a glass of wine. For many, those conversations will happen at the Quartet Bar by Corryton Burge.

The Burge family has been a long-time supporter of Adelaide Cabaret Festival, making the partnership a perfect fit. Much like cabaret itself, Corryton Burge celebrates storytelling, connection and bringing people together.
This year, the partnership extends beyond the festival walls, with visitors invited to enter for the chance to win the ultimate Barossa getaway. The Rebels’ Retreat prize will see one lucky winner and three guests indulge in a luxurious Barossa escape.
“At Corryton Burge, we believe some of life’s best moments happen when people come together around a table, a glass of wine and a shared experience. That’s why we’re so excited to partner with Adelaide Cabaret Festival and Lexus of Adelaide to create the Rebels’ Retreat,” shared Amelia and Trent Burge.

The experience begins with a weekend loan of a premium Lexus SUV before heading north to the Barossa Valley for a two-night stay at the private Corryton Park Homestead. Guests will enjoy daily breakfast provisions and an exclusive behind-the-scenes wine experience hosted by the Burge family themselves.
“For the first time, we’re opening the doors to Corryton Park Homestead and inviting festivalgoers to experience a place that has been at the heart of our family’s story for generations. We can’t wait to welcome guests, share our corner of the Barossa and create memories that extend beyond the Festival itself.”
Entering is simple. Festivalgoers need only capture their most luxurious festival moment at either the Lexus Lounge or the Quartet Bar by Corryton Burge, post it to Instagram and tag @LexusofAdelaide, @CorrytonBurgeWines and @AdelaideCabaret while following all three accounts.

Since launching in 2001, Adelaide Cabaret Festival has grown into the largest cabaret festival in the world, attracting artists and audiences from all around the globe. For Corryton Burge, whose family has been crafting wine in South Australia for six generations, the collaboration represents a meeting of two South Australian institutions.

So if you find yourself enjoying the delights of Adelaide Cabaret Festival, this year’s Quartet Bar by Corryton Burge offers the perfect place to raise a glass to our most glamorous winter festival.
Adelaide Cabaret Festival runs until June 21st.
