Seacliff Beach Hotel, famous (and beloved) within the Glam Adelaide team for the two foot hotdog challenge which launched a couple months ago has a December food challenge that we’re drooling over.

It’s two-point-two-kilo-grams of NACHOS.

This meal has 12 hour braised pulled pork slathered across it alongside five bean mixed sauce and liquid cheese.

We’re very interested.
