Trifold doors with a retractable fly door makes it easy and accessible to have the best of the outdoor decking area as well as embrace the inside (without the company of insects).
The front sitting room that fills with natural light and features a modernised cast iron fireplace (unfortunately not functioning) is the perfect spot to retreat after strolling under 3km to Adelaide Oval or half that distance to Adelaide’s stunning Botanic Garden.
The 2 bedroom accommodation is the perfect spot for a small family of 2 adults and 2 children and is fully fenced, giving you the upmost privacy.
Alternatively, if you’re wanting your own little retreat you can reside at Cumquat long-term and make the most of the dedicated workspace with wifi that will allow you to shut off from the world momentarily and work in a stress free environment.
