This operation is single-handedly operated by 23-year old Chloe, out of her home kitchen in Mawson Lakes.
“I wanted to do something that was over the top and I love experimenting with new flavours,” Chloe said.
Close to celebrating her one-year anniversary, she is using social media to its fullest potential by organising giveaways, special monthly flavours and curated boxes for events like Father’s Day and Christmas and even smaller celebrations like Valentine’s Day.
With many years under her belt working in bakeries, Chloe has managed to find that perfect balance every time, of a crunchy brownie exterior with the ooey-gooey centre that makes the brownie such an attraction.
Popular flavours of brownies/cookies include Caramilk and Kinder Bueno. If you would like to combine flavours, there is always an option to create your own custom slab.
The beauty of the building block that is a brownie and a cookie can be curated to your taste and make the simple experience of eating a dessert exciting and rewarding. Especially when you know that you are supporting a local business.
If you are conscious about your spending, your cheapest option is a standard one-flavour slab for $25. Other more grand options include a deluxe box for $40 and 2 flavours of large cookie pies for the same price. Loadies can also provide a great addition to any event looking to sweeten up the party.
