Adelaide is having a bit of a dumpling moment, and the Delicious Dumpling classes put on by WEA Adult Learning provide the opportunity to learn how to make your own.
The class invites you to come along and learn to make your own dumpling wrappers from scratch, as well as three types of filling, including Pork & Vegetable Gyoza, Shrimp & Chives, and Vegetable & Tofu Mandu.
This is a demonstration and hands-on course with students preparing their own dumplings with ready-made wrappers.
All classes take place at the WEA Centre on 223 Angas Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
