Offering an exciting blend of contemporary boldness and traditional Vietnamese techniques, 7t7 is the latest joint bringing asian-fusion flavours to suburban Adelaide.
First opening the doors in August, 7t7 has been dishing up traditional Vietnamese eats ever since.
The menu is packed with Vietnamese classic’s like Banh Mi and Pho, along with a variety of drinks and treats.
The family behind the business migrated to Australia in 1984 and by 1997 had opened their Asian grocery store on Hanson Road – serving Adelaide’s North West for 24 years. Now with this new venture, 7t7 marks the beginning of a new journey where the past and present are blended in a celebration of united cultures.
“This business not only redefined our identity as refugees but also allowed our family to thrive, giving rise to a new generation able to call this country home,” the 7t7 team shared on their Instagram page.
“After 24 years, we closed our doors, in hopes of embarking on the next exciting chapter of our lives.
This marked our second step toward that dream.”
Enjoy 7t7’s mouthwatering traditional Banh Mi with crispy roast pork or lemongrass chicken. For those who can’t decide, enjoy a combination of both! with pate, salad, traditional sauce, and spices. There is also seasoned salt & pepper tofu for veggos.
Or try one of their Bun Bowls, Pho, Cold Rolls and Bao buns, for the perfect lunch with friends or spot to pick up a light bite during the day.
7t7 also has pre-packaged meals- all made in-house – including curries, rice dishes and salads. These are packed with fresh flavours and make for the perfect easy dinner.
To round out the menu, traditional Vietnamese iced coffee, juices, teas and smoothies are all available. Paired with a delicious dessert menu, 7t7 has something for everyone.
