The vibrant rooms and suites at Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets feature colourful wall art which is inspired by and pays homage to the legendary history of the Adelaide Festival.
The hotel’s modern colour palette is brightened by an abundance of natural light, and locally influenced décor is celebrated in the famed tessellated tile patterns Adelaide is famous for, with copper fixtures harking back to South Australia’s copper mining history.
The hotel’s restaurants and bars create innovative flavours tapping into the best of Adelaide Markets’ wonderful produce. The hotel’s ground floor houses our Modern Australian Eatery and Bar, Market & Meander, which takes its inspiration from the multicultural influences from Grote and Gouger Street.
General Manager, Thomas Zinn will be leading the first Hotel Indigo opening in Australia.
With over two decades of senior leadership experience across the tourism and hospitality industry, Thomas has proven leadership expertise in operations, advancing and modernising hotels.
