Spring Gully reopens specialty gift shop at Dry Creek

The Spring Gully factory store is now open for business, after undergoing a revamp. The shop now displays photos and memorabilia of the iconic company.

Since 1946, Spring Gully Foods has been a much-loved Adelaide institution, dishing up an ever-expanding range of pickles, sauces, relishes, chutneys, mustards, honey, jams and fruit spreads.

Recently collaborating with Never Never Distilling Co. to launch the Botanical Cocktail Onion, Spring Gully continues to find innovative ways to showcase the humble pickled onion.

Due to COVID restrictions, the Spring Gully factory store has unfortunately been out of action. But good news! The shop has now been revamped and reopened, ready to sell Spring Gully products and gift baskets.

“We’ve been closed on and off throughout covid, dependent on restrictions, etc. We delayed reopening due to staff shortages and with people working from home or having covid/isolating, but everyone is back on deck now so it was time to open the doors again!” said Head of Sales and Marketing, Keetah Murphy.

“We took the opportunity at the beginning of covid to revamp the shop by removing some walls and some new flooring and paint.

“We are now also displaying photos and memorabilia, like our original jars from the 1960s, photos of our original factory down in the actual Spring Gully and a community wall!”

All Spring Gully products are available to buy direct from the Dry Creek shop, including Spring Gully and Leabrook Farms branded products and gift baskets.

The Spring Gully shop is open from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Find the shop at 184 Cavan Road, Dry Creek SA 5094.
