Berri Hotel has just opened its doors to its $7.4 million-dollar development sporting riverfront views to boot.
The new riverfront development consists of 30 short-stay villas, offering sweeping views of the Murray River, as well as a resort-style swimming pool.

The design of each villa boasts luxury, comfort, and contemporary style, with versatile kitchen, living and entertaining spaces.
The hotel’s award-winning, waterfront bistro offers delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, plus an extensive drinks menu. With a variety of menu options, and a wine list featuring some of the Riverland’s finest, there really is something on offer for everyone.
Rich in history, the Berri Hotel was built in 1918 and has been community-owned since May of 1937.
“Our dedicated board of directors make it their passion and goal to drive tourism into the Berri region, encouraging both inter and intrastate visitors.
“We’re promoting Berri as the hub of the Riverland and with this new development, our accommodation offering is leading the way in the region” says Paul Stewart, Chair of Berri Hotel.
”Berri is expected to see benefits such as employment opportunities, a drive in tourism, additional visitor expenditure in the Berri area and surrounds and the ability for the hotel to now host larger visiting groups, events and conferences” he added.
“This is a development built by locals, operated by locals, to benefit the locals that we feel will really boost Berri’s appeal as a destination for tourism, business travel and special events,” said Paul Stewart.
“By adding this extra accommodation capacity, we will be able to attract even more people and larger
events, further supporting the prosperity of our community,” he added.
Sunshine filled days and warm balmy nights; summer is the perfect time to visit Berri.
Take a slow-paced guided kayak tour, play a round of golf at the Big River Golf & Country Club or set yourself up for a day of jet-skiing and wakeboarding.
