September is officially upon us, and do you know what that means? The Seacliff Beach Hotel has just announced its new monthly eating challenge.
Schnitty and parmi challenges are constantly surfacing with the portion sizes getting bigger and bigger.
But the Seacliff Beach Hotel has announced the return of it’s giant HOTDOG challenge.
How big are you thinking when we say giant? 10 inches? 12 inches? What about a magnificent TWO FEET?!
Previously showcased in 2020, the giant hotdog challenge has become one of our favourites from the plethora of other staggering additions to these monthly challenges.
The Cliff’s Mega Dog is a whopping 2′ Giant Hotdog with 5 Kransky cheese sausages, bacon, American cheese, sauerkraut, pickles, American mustard, tomato sauce and 500g chips.
The Seacliff is now famous for its monthly food challenge antics, with previous months seeing 1.5kg of Marinated Chicken & Lamb with 2kg of Chips topped with a mountain of BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, chilli Sauce & garlic sauce.
The Cliff’s Mega Dog will be available for the entire month. So you have plenty of time to chow down on this monster of a feast.
This is not a challenge for the faint-hearted, so don’t say we didn’t warn you.
