Yep, cheeseburger dumplings are apparently a thing now.
You can thank Semaphore’s newest eatery, Phat Head Dumplings, for this incredible cuisine crossover.
The new cheeseburger inspired dish consists of beef, cheese, onion, sauce, and mustard, all neatly packed up inside a dumpling shell.
If you’re in the mood for dumplings, Phat Head is definitely a place for you to discover.
The new restaurant is now serving up dumplings, noodles and bubble tea for lunch and dinner six days a week (just hope you’re not in the mood for delectable dumplings on Tuesdays).
Other menu items include a Vietnamese classic reborn in dumpling form, with Pho inspired dumplings served in a light Pho broth, and Tom Yum vegan dumplings with tofu and mushroom dumplings, infused with Tom
Yum sauce.
There are also vegan bean curd noodles (warm noodles tossed in Phat Head’s noodle sauce served with wok-fried chilli lemongrass, bean curd, and Asian greens), and grilled chicken rice (steamed jasmine rice and chicken mixed together with your choice of Phat Head sauce) among other mouthwatering items.
Wash down your meal with either one of Phat Head’s milk or fruit styled bubble tea.
