Three-Story Bar & Restaurant Launches Italo-American Inspired Cocktail List

Spaghetti Western’s Saloon Bar has established itself as the new kid on the ranch for post work drinks and entertainment.

They say, “I’d rather be someone’s shot of whiskey than everyone’s cup of tea”, and Spaghetti Western’s Saloon Bar advocates this by offering boozy blends to suit all palates.

Located on the ground floor in the triple-story King William Street venue, Spaghetti Western’s Saloon Bar has established itself as the new kid on the ranch for post work drinks and entertainment.

Assistant Venue Manager and award-winning flair bartender, Steve Threlfo, is the man behind the unique Italian-American inspired concoctions that are sure to set taste buds alight.

Steve Threlfo says, “Our Salted Caramel Martini with Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Frangelico and Ke Kuyper Creme de Cafe will no doubt be a crowd pleaser during the cooler months.

“We want to give our customers a genuine taste of Italy with our classic Negroni with Bombay Sapphire Gin, Campari and Riserva Speciale Rubino Vermouth,” says Steve Threlfo.

No cocktail list is complete without the coveted Espresso Martini, Steve adds spice to his recipe by using Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum, Ke Kuyper Creme de Cafe and Lavazza Espresso Syrup, topped with chocolate shavings and ground cinnamon.

Post-work drinks start here at Spaghetti Western, thanks to the irresistible happy hour drink specials and live entertainment from DJ Krispy every Friday.

“Kick start your weekend with Bellini Carafes with Maschio Treviso Prosecco and Peach Puree, Aperol Spritz Carafes with Innocent Bystander Prosecco, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur and Aperol and Session Ale or IPA Beer Kettles all on offer for just $20,” says Steve Threlfo.

Spaghetti Western is also renowned for hearty cuisine and offerings in the Saloon Bar are no exception with Monday Meatball Madness, a feast not for the faint hearted.

Patrons will challenge their comrades to demolish a bucket bursting with 20 veal and pork meatballs, topped with tomato sugo, parmesan and herb bread crumbles for only $30.

There’s no need for an office showdown, thanks to Spaghetti Western’s knock-off drinks making this decision easy.
