This charming cottage is a beautiful stay for a couple!
Watervale’s Mulberry House is a one-bedroom accommodation with a country kitchen, a recently renovated bathroom, and a luxe bedroom with a king bed and double doors.
While an indoor wood fire and an outdoor fire pit can keep the getaway cosy for the winter, there’s also a stunning lawn and outdoors area to celebrate the Clare Valley surrounds during the warmer months. With multiple outdoor seating areas––one in a vibrant garden and one under a trellis––and a deck, there’s plenty of space to dine or just enjoy nature.
The simply decorated lounge area, bedroom, and bathroom create a calming environment, and the pops of colour from the red door and the outdoor lavender enliven the place.
The stay, which costs around $160 per night, also includes breakfast provisions, and you can of course enjoy them on the cottage’s garden-filled property.
With no pets or kids allowed, the Airbnb property makes for a romantic trip for two.
“Unfortunately the cottage is not suitable for pets or children but ideal for a romantic getaway or simply as a base to enjoy the delights of the Clare Valley,” they say.
