Prospective buyers invited to experience Adelaide’s newest country club community firsthand with a series of intimate tours.
Throughout July and August, Yatahlia Estate will invite prospective buyers and interested members of the public behind the gates of the proposed $40 million residential estate for a series of exclusive private information sessions.
Held on the second Sunday of each month from 12 pm, the sessions will provide guests with an opportunity to tour the Yatahlia Manor grounds, view the project’s newly released development video in the estate’s private cinema and gain firsthand insight into one of South Australia’s most anticipated lifestyle-focused residential community developments.
The intimate sessions will be hosted by leading South Australian property identity Grant Giordano, Director of Grant Giordano & Partners, who will guide guests through the vision, design and lifestyle offering behind the development while answering questions directly from attendees.
Located in Adelaide’s north-eastern foothills, Yatahlia Estate has been designed as a boutique residential estate centred around a private country club lifestyle, offering an alternative to traditional homeownership by placing community, wellbeing and connection at the heart of daily life.
The development will comprise 30 residences positioned around The Yatahlia Country Club, a residents-only destination featuring a magnesium pool, gymnasium, therapy rooms, residents’ bar, communal dining spaces, and concierge services, along with additional amenities.
While architectural renders and plans have generated significant interest since the project was announced, developer Gary Williams says the information sessions provide an opportunity for prospective buyers to better understand the lifestyle the estate has been designed to create.
“Yatahlia Manor isn’t simply about purchasing a home. It’s about becoming part of a community and a way of living that many people haven’t seen before in South Australia,” says Williams.
“These sessions allow people to experience the vision in a much more immersive way, ask questions directly and understand how the Country Club lifestyle becomes an extension of everyday life.”
Grant Giordano says the sessions are designed to offer transparency and personal access throughout the sales process.
“We know buyers have questions when considering a development of this nature, particularly when it’s introducing a new way of living to the South Australian market,” says Giordano.
“This is an opportunity to sit down in a relaxed environment, view the project in detail and have meaningful conversations about the residences, amenities, lifestyle offering and the future vision for the estate.”
Designed by The Galvin Group, the residences feature approximately 158 sqm of thoughtfully planned living space, with 3-metre ceilings, open-plan living areas, private alfresco entertaining spaces, and secure lock-and-leave functionality.
The information sessions are complimentary to attend; however, bookings are essential due to limited capacity.
