For those who have ever wondered what sits behind the gates of Yatahlia Manor, this winter offers a rare chance to step inside.
The landmark private estate in Adelaide’s north-eastern foothills is opening for a limited series of intimate buyer sessions this July and August, giving prospective residents a closer look at the proposed $40 million country club-style residential community.
The sessions are designed for people seriously considering the development, as well as those wanting to better understand the lifestyle, residences and private country club vision behind one of South Australia’s most talked-about new residential projects.
Each session will take guests behind the gates of Yatahlia Manor, with the chance to explore the estate grounds, view the newly released development video inside the property’s private cinema and hear directly from the team behind the project.
Hosted by leading South Australian property identity Grant Giordano, Director of Grant Giordano & Partners, the 90-minute sessions will give attendees the opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed, personal setting and gain a clearer sense of what life at Yatahlia Estate could look like.
For more than a decade, Yatahlia Manor has remained one of Adelaide’s most private estates. Now, plans are progressing to transform the property into a boutique residential community centred around lifestyle, wellbeing, connection and long-term liveability.
The proposed development will feature just 30 residences positioned around The Yatahlia Country Club, a private residents-only destination planned to include a magnesium pool, gymnasium, therapy rooms, residents’ bar, communal dining spaces, concierge services and a range of shared lifestyle amenities.
Rather than being designed as a traditional housing estate, Yatahlia Estate places the country club at the centre of daily life. The vision is for residents to have access to private spaces for wellness, entertaining, social connection and relaxation, while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own home.
Developer Gary Williams says the sessions are an important opportunity for potential buyers to experience the vision in person.
“Yatahlia Manor isn’t simply about purchasing a home. It’s about becoming part of a community and a way of living that many people haven’t seen before in South Australia,” says Williams.
“These sessions allow people to experience the vision in a much more immersive way, ask questions directly and understand how the Country Club lifestyle becomes an extension of everyday life.”
Designed by The Galvin Group, the residences will feature approximately 158 sqm of thoughtfully planned living space, with 3-metre ceilings, open-plan living areas, private alfresco entertaining spaces and secure lock-and-leave functionality.
The homes have been created for buyers looking for comfort, ease and privacy, with a lifestyle model that extends beyond the front door.
Grant Giordano says the private sessions are intended to give buyers direct access, clarity and confidence during the early stages of the sales process.
“We know buyers have questions when considering a development of this nature, particularly when it’s introducing a new way of living to the South Australian market,” says Giordano.
