Construction on their McLaren Vale distillery and bar hasn’t even started yet, but Never Never Distilling wanted to give gin lovers a sneak peek of what’s to come.
So what do you do? Open a pop-up distillery door, right in the heart of town.
Just in time for Fringe, Never Never Distilling will be transform the top level of The Stag into a luxurious cocktail experience with a tasting and retail space.
The upstairs pop-up will feature guided tastings, unique gin flights, special releases and a top-notch drinks list, with cocktails contributed by some of the top bartenders in the country.
Or you can step things up and take part in a special ticketed gin tasting session, hosted by one of the brand owners.
The sessions will take guests through the short history of the brand, include gin sampling and even conclude with a Fancy Fruit Cup. Tickets are available for $20 and include a cocktail and gin flight. You can choose a date and book tickets here.
Or you can just grab a Fancy Fruit Cup, and sit back and take in the sights and sounds of the Adelaide Fringe sitting on the heritage balcony at the Stag. Cheers to that!
The Never Never Distillery Door will be open from Sunday February 17, and will run every Sunday of the Fringe from 1-8pm until March 17.
