PE Pilates is heading to Ladies Beach on January 15, making your Saturday morning workout a little more scenic.
At 9 am, a PE Pilates mat session will take place on the foreshore of Ladies Beach in Port Elliot.
After the 45-minute sunshine-filled class, participants will be encouraged to enjoy some healthy treats from Beaches Cafe after getting their sweat on!
Along with a glorious morning of sunshine, sweat and smiles, one lucky girl or guy will win a $500 The Upside voucher. There will be spot prizes for those who happen to jump on a ‘lucky mat’ from PE Pilates, Your Beauty Spot and more.
Tickets to the event are $27 and include a PE Pilates Mat for use during the class.
