Kicking off at 1 pm, the cooking class will take place at Catlin Wines on Magill—an intimate and cosy venue that will make you feel right at home as you mingle with other food enthusiasts and share your love for Italian cuisine.

During this immersive cooking afternoon, you’ll learn the simple art of making gnocchi from scratch and discover how easy and enjoyable it can be—especially when sharing the experience with friends and enjoying a glass of Catlin Wines (to two) during the process! Nick will debunk the myth that gnocchi recipes are daunting and encourage you to cook with confidence and intuition—rather than relying solely on a step-by-step recipe.

Throughout this class, you’ll not only get over your gnocchi-making fear, but you’ll discover the expert secrets behind selecting the best ingredients, learn how to achieve the perfect dough consistency and create gnocchi with that ideal, pillowy texture we all crave and experience at our favourite Italian restaurants.
