As the year draws to a close, we are forced to reflect on the year that has been and look forward to what the next 12 months has in store.

Classic Beef Cheek in a cherry tomato red sauce served with potato puree.
Grilled Northern Territory Barramundi with herb oil served with cauliflower purée and Cypriot salad of rocket, fennel and orange.
Desserts (alternate drop)
Dark chocolate baklava cigars thin layers of crispy filo, filled with walnuts and dipped with dark chocolate.
Cream Kataifi cups – shredded filo dough drenched in syrup that’s topped with custard and then whipped cream.

Tickets range from $130 for adults and $70 for children 10 years and above.
