South Australia has emerged as the birthplace of many award-winning gins and talented distillers, so naturally, we are super excited for World Gin Day to roll around on June 13.
Local gin connoisseurs, The Gin Birds, are hosting a live celebration with four fabulous South Australian Distillers and their gins — and you can join in!
Tickets to the live event are free with your purchase of a bottle of craft gin, with all gin deliveries for this occasion free.
And who can you expect to virtually rub elbows with? The line up includes:
The talented distillers and entertaining bartending trio of Threefold Distilling will be chatting about their award-winning gin story and shaking up some awesome cocktail suggestions to pair with their grapefruit based gin.
Live from the 5Nines Distillery, David will be describing their search for perfection when creating their gin collection.
Distiller Nicole of Seppeltsfield Road will be chatting about what its like to be an Award Winning Woman In Gin and introduce us to a delicious nip of Barossa Shiraz Gin.
Lastly, founder and distiller of Ambleside Distillers, Matt, will recount how their Adelaide Hills Distillery was built from the garden up.
The event is sponsored by Fitch & Leeds Australia from The Curious Spirit, who are generously giving away a pack of tonics with the first 20 ticket sales.

The celebration takes place on World Gin Day, which is Saturday, 13 June, with the live kicking off at 7pm.
