Cobb’s Hill has been synonymous with breathtaking views and heavenly wines for years, but recently it’s raised its profile with new additions to the Estate. The latest being a new striking Pavilion set to open late October to level up its wedding and corporate events offering.
“We’ve been doing weddings for two to three years and we want to offer a premium space. Cobb’s Hill is such a beautiful area, so we naturally wanted to add a permanent structure,” Events Manager Belinda says.
The new Pavilion will be the perfect setting for functions, accommodating up to 200 people.
“The design even allows for the removal of its top, so it can open up and you can see the beautiful surrounds. It’s nestled beneath grand oak trees, with views of the creek and beautiful gardens,” Belinda says.

Since posting about the new Pavilion to Facebook, the Cobb’s Hill team have already noticed an increased interest from the community to host their special occasions.
It’s just another addition to the Estate, adding a new dimension to Cobb’s Hill’s legacy. It follows the recent opening of its new Terrace Restaurant that opened just last month.
The new restaurant boasts an Australian-inspired seasonal menu and means people can enjoy the Estate year-round. There’s a 4 and 6-course set Chef’s selection designed to show off the Estate’s fresh produce, with wine pairings available as an option for the Chef’s menu.
“Our new restaurant showcases the best of the Adelaide Hills, with a refined and creative menu served alongside our premium cool climate wines and topped off with exceptional service and gorgeous surroundings,” Restaurant Manager Prue Olsen says.
Together the new elements of the Cobb’s Hill Estate, which covers over 250 acres, make it an exciting place to check out this Spring.
“It’s really exciting to see it all come together. We don’t want to grow too rapidly, but these additions add so much to our beautiful space,” Belinda says.
