Marion Hotel has unveiled huge new additions to the Western Suburb destination, featuring a new garden, function space and menus.
Boasting a huge modern Garden and Shed, the hotel will have fresh indoor and outdoor booth seating in their extension. With South Australian joinery and a concrete bar by SA company Love Concrete, they’ve produced a sleek fit out with a green and brown palette.
The updates are still in progress so whilst a few remnants of the previous look remain, exciting new additions are coming, one of which being Byron Bay hanging chairs.
As well as the look, the Garden will have 30 beers taps, 18 beers, craft, local, and award winning. The bar will also contain over 170 spirits and liqueurs and over 30 gins.
The new menu that has been launched features plenty of share plates, Avocado chips, Jackfruit tacos, Yoder smoked steaks, Buddha bowls, fresh seafood and much more. As of Friday and Saturday nights, live music will become a staple.
Alongside the Garden, The Shed is the newly launched function space at the Marion Hotel. With a super versatile floor plan, it can be a blank canvas for most functions.
The space also comes with a private outdoor area and toilets, authentic wood fire, extensive beverage range and Nightlife Crowd DJ System.
The Shed menu has all the pub classics as well as a broad selection of moreish snacks and shared items. With trivia on Tuesday nights, $15 Shnitzel Wednesdays and Shed sessions every Friday with acoustic singers and drink specials.
Dining Room, Function rooms and Accommodation will open in September. Accommodation rooms are available to book now for stays from September 2019 onwards.
