Earlier this year, Adelaide experienced its very first gin tasting party by a waterfall — and we’ve been dreaming about GINtopia ever since.
Utopia is a unique venue, nestled in the lush Adelaide hills and set right beside a natural waterfall, so every moment spent there is truly magical.
It’s about to be made even better with the return of GINtopia, where guests will have the opportunity to sample four delightful Never Never gins with delicious botanical mixers, matched to a selection of handmade, bite-sized Utopia meals.
Enjoy an open fire, live acoustic tunes, an awesome menu, plus all the gin cocktails from the bar your heart could desire. The Never Never team will also be on hand to chat about their award-winning range of gins and spirits!
WHAT ARE YOU TASTING?
The menu of the night features:
Triple Juniper G&T garnished with lemon and thyme, served with pressed pork shoulder on dark rye with pear and kohlrabi remoulade.
Southern Strength gin with lime, mint, black pepper and soda, served with char-grilled lime and szechuan pepper quail with pickled fennel.
Juniper Freak G&T garnished with grapefruit and rosemary, served with smoked duck rillette with parsnip puree and sliced breast.
Fancy Fruit Cup with lemonade and gingerale, served with house smoked, gin and dill-cured salmon, with pickled cucumber and horseradish on potato blinis.
