Ginza launch spectacular new menu

Ginza has launched a brand new menu full of delicious Japanese food.

Ginza is well known for its authentic and delicious Japanese cuisine as well as its equally as authentic interior. The famed restaurant has just unveiled a brand new menu.

If you’ve dine at this establishment, you would have experienced the fresh Japanese food and excellent service that Ginza is praised for.

Their new menu is, of course, one that plays to Ginza’s strengths, with an array of Nigiri, tempura, tartare and divine noodles.

The new menu also has an assortment of chef’s selection sushi platters, and a sushi & sashimi boat.

Seafood not your thing? Dig into a lamb rump, Wagyu Scotch Fillet or pork belly Tonkatsu.

Noodle and rice dishes on the new menu include Singapore chilli crab udon, Hokkaido sea scallop pasta, Sashimi rice bowl, golden garlic ramen, and a Chahan (Japanese garlic fried rice).

There’s also an assortment of vegan meals to enjoy, from Agedashi tofu to vegan sushi. There’s even a Hibachi grill pumpkin (just like from Masterchef).

Sweet tooths can indulge in a chocolate praline parfait, Japanese flourless baked cheese tart, Japanese matcha rice pudding, as well as a range of ice creams and sorbets.

With the new menu comes a new eight-course degustation; with the likes of Ikura Tempura, Port Lincoln Bluefin Tuna nigiri, fresh oysters, Bukkake udon, mulloway, Wagyu Scotch Fillet, cherry sorbet and a chocolate Praline Parfait.

The eight-course degustation is priced at $128 per person, with the option to enjoy a five-course degustation at $78 per person.
