Two beloved South Australian names are joining forces, with Haigh’s Chocolates and couture fashion house Paolo Sebastian unveiling a limited-edition gift collection inspired by childhood memories, craftsmanship and a little bit of magic.
The Haigh’s Chocolates x Paolo Sebastian Gift Range brings together handcrafted chocolates and keepsakes, wrapped in a palette of soft pink, powder blue and deep navy, finished with gold accents and intricate motifs including the cocoa bean and nightingale songbird.
The collaboration celebrates a shared appreciation for imagination, storytelling and attention to detail, with Haigh’s Head Chocolatier Ben Kolly and Paolo Sebastian founder and creative director Paul Vasileff working closely to develop the collection.
Alongside new limited-edition chocolates, the range includes a Paolo Sebastian-designed apron featuring a cherished family recipe from Paul’s Nonna, as well as a bespoke teacup and saucer set, with both keepsakes accompanied by classic Haigh’s chocolates.

“Growing up, Haigh’s was a special piece of my childhood. I recall receiving a box of beautifully assorted chocolates and how much it lit me up. As I became older, gifting Haigh’s to others became just as special,” shared Paul. “The opportunity to collaborate is such an honour.”
The new chocolates have been developed by Ben, drawing inspiration from Paul’s stories and memories, with hazelnut, rose and floral flavours featuring throughout the collection.
Among the new additions is the White Strawberry & Basil Parfait Truffle, combining strawberry-flavoured chocolate with a basil-infused cream centre.
The White Lemon Myrtle & Macadamia Block brings together creamy white chocolate, native lemon myrtle oil and Australian macadamia pieces, while the Milk Rose Marshmallow pairs fragrant rose-infused marshmallow with spiced dark chocolate ganache.
The collection also includes the much-loved Milk Turkish Delight Pastilles, presented in an embossed gift tin.
“I was deeply inspired by Paul’s stories and childhood memories of Haigh’s while developing the new and limited-edition chocolates for the Gift Range,” said Ben. “We can’t wait for our customers to try them and experience this whimsical collection of gifts for themselves.”

The collection will be available from September 22nd in Haigh’s stores across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra, as well as online. Plus, part of the proceeds from every Haigh’s Chocolates x Paolo Sebastian product will go towards Bowel Cancer Australia and its work supporting people impacted by bowel cancer.
