Maximilian’s Restaurant have taken another step in continuing to broaden their market as they unveil their brand new Function Pavilion.
The recent addition to the restaurant, isn’t the first change that owner Andrew Friebe has taken to continue to evolve and update the iconic Adelaide Hills venue. With the introduction of the Sidewood Estate Cellar Door last year, the golf driving range, the big deck with a view overlooking the dam and a cool ‘Sunday Session’ every week, Maximilian’s sure is striving to stay ahead of the pack.
Owner Andrew Friebe says of the changes, “Since taking over two years ago we have introduced changes and we’ve noticed a shift in the clientele we have been getting. More and more people are coming here for casual lunch during the week, in addition to our popular dinners. Along with the Sidewood Cellar Door, golf hole-in-one comp and weekend daytime sessions, the new Function Pavilion provides a great dimension for groups to enjoy the new Maximilian’s”.
With a flexible capacity for up to 250 people, the pavilion also allows for guests to enjoy an inside/outside feel, or if the weather isn’t so lovely (hi winter!) the pavilion can be kept all toasty warm and enclosed! But don’t worry, those stunning views of the sweeping country views over the lawn, lake and vineyards will not be compromised.
Adelaide is so lucky to have the beautiful Adelaide Hills in such close proximity! Drive 12 minutes from the Toll Gate and you will find yourself in a different (and much more relaxing) world! Visiting Maximilian’s Restaurant is no exception to this rule!
