Who doesn’t have a heap of new skills and hobbies they want to attempt with all the extra time at home in iso? Well if learning to paint is on your list we’ve got great news for you thanks to Studio Vino.
Whether you want to paint alone or join with friends and have an online paint party, the Studio Vino team have got you covered with a just launched series of sessions covering all styles of painting.
Right now, the pre-recorded tutorials will be available on You Tube so you can take things at your own pace and in no time you’ll no doubt be banging nails into your wall to show-off your own masterpieces with pride.
If you happen to need painting supplies to get you started, they’ve conveniently got paint at home kits (includes 5x canvas, 6x paints, easel and brushes) or you can just grab a pack of 5 canvases from their online store.
Studio Vino as their name suggests, started many years ago running painting sessions in pubs and wineries before opening their Pirie Street premises.
Their busy schedule of in-studio classes was a casualty of COVID-19 shut-downs but these online courses should hopefully be a lifesaver for them and their staff.
We suggest you honour their beginnings and enjoy a glass of vino whilst you learn to paint and there’s plenty of places around town ready to deliver your favourite drop to your doorstep.
