Prominent Port Adelaide Chiropractor, Allison French has partnered with internationally trained Yoga Teacher & Lululemon Ambassador, Stewart Heffernan to open a holistic Health and Wellness Studio in the Port Adelaide Warehouse precinct.
The Dock Studios is located in the c. 1892 warehouse at 9 Timpson Street, Port Adelaide where they will offer yoga classes, teacher training and events. In addition, Dr Allison French will relocate her practice Vivid Life Chiropractic (currently located at Urban Wellness on Nile Street) to the newly renovated treatment space at The Dock Studios.
Both Allison and Stewart have trained and practiced internationally, and are excited to offer local residents a place where they can stop and recharge.
The future for the studio includes opening the space to collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide like-minded services to the community.
“We are excited to be joining the growing community in Port Adelaide and offering holistic services to heal the body and mind,” says Dr Allison French. “We have partnered with local businesses in Port Adelaide to bring our dream to life and the support we have received so far has been incredible,” she says.
With new residential and commercial developments coming to life in Port Adelaide, The Dock Studios will be part of the exciting rejuvenation of the area.
Currently completing renovation work, The Dock Studios will launch with a free community open weekend on the 10th and 11th of April, before officially opening for business on Monday the 12th of April.
