Redbacks captain Graham Manou will not be playing in the Weet-Bix Sheffield Shield match against the XXXX GOLD Queensland Bulls commencing at the GABBA today.
His knee has not recovered from the demands of the recent Ford Ranger Cup match played at Adelaide Oval as well as was hoped and he has received treatment today in Brisbane. Tim Ludeman has been flown to Brisbane to take Graham’s place behind the wickets.
At this stage it is hoped Graham will be fit for selection against the Blues in the last match of the season to be played in Sydney next week (SCG 10-13 March) and he will remain on tour with the team.
