NEW! MiMi launches brand new menu with traditional Korean cuisine

A new menu at MiMi sees another level of Korean food in Adelaide.

Plus82’s MiMi has launched a brand new menu, marrying authentic Korean flavour with modern cooking techniques, and it looks so good.

Since the chain’s inception in 2018, Plus82 have launched the hugely popular ‘Pocha’ – a Korean street-food restaurant – and ‘Gogi’ – a Korean BBQ restaurant.

Now Director Steven Lee wants to show that there is more to Korean cuisine than street food and BBQ food.

‘We are very excited to see this Korean “boom” in Adelaide’, he says.

‘As more and more people know and like Korean food, we are now more confident to introduce another level of Korean food and culture to Adelaide.’

The brand-new menu includes dishes such as Tteokgalbi (honey-soy glazed pork and beef patties); KFC Sliders (fried chicken sliders kimchi slaw and gochujang mayo); and Gungjung Tteokbokki (soy sauce stir-fried beef with rice cake, mushroom, carrot and capsicum).

Care for a drink? MiMi has you covered, with a range of delicious Soju cocktails on offer.

The menu was constructed by Chef Naphachama Hongsakaola and Chef Donghwa Park (previously the Sous Chef at Plus 82 Pocha), and includes dishes inspired by Park’s grandmother and mother.

It’s sophisticated, traditional Korean food at its best.
