There’s something timeless about old British cars. They always seem to turn heads as they drive down the street.
Iconic McLaren Vale Winery Paxton Wines is giving you an opportunity to see these cars like this, in particular Triumph’s and Jaguars, up close and personal.
The car clubs of Jaguar & Triumph will parade down the Main Road of McLaren Vale and then pull up on the picturesque lawns of the winery where interested onlookers will be waiting.
The event is free, and there will be of course beautiful Paxton wines available for purchase as well as other drinks such as local beers, cider and soft drinks.
It’s encouraged that you BYO picnic blankets, chairs and unbreakable wine glasses, however if you forget yours, Paxton branded plastic wine glasses are available at $10 each.
There will be live entertainment for you enjoy as well, with Willunga band the Easy Club performing.
Of course there will be food offerings with food truck Chimichurri grill providing you with their gourmet Argentinian fare.
You’ll surely want dessert as well, and What’s the Scoop will be there for all your ice cream needs.
