Looking for somewhere special to eat out these school holidays? Windy Point has something unique to share.

The venue’s pizzeria, Bird Box, is the ideal place to meet and share locally sourced, Mediterranean-inspired food with the Adelaide’s best city views.

There’s parking aplenty and a delicious range of tapas to choose from, such as pork belly with kohlrabi remoulade, haloumi with roasted grapes and honey or barramundi wings with dill and lemon syrup.

Pizzas are house made using traditional hand-stretched, 48-hour cold ferment dough and San Marzano tomatoes.

With tasty desserts like the Spanish custard with strawberry and ginger jam and jugs of delicious sangria to wash it all down, where else would you be?

The venue’s great for groups too! Hang out with up to 12 guests seated inside, or there’s an all weather outdoor Pavilion dining area that can cater for up to 50 people which has been dressed for cosy winter nights with fairy lights and heaters to keep things comfortable. The vibe is relaxed and informal, and of course, there’s the added bonus of uninterrupted views over the hills.

All menus can be tailored to suit. With a warm ambience and knowledgeable staff, Bird Box definitely ticks all the right boxes for your next family catch up, celebration or just time out with friends.

If there’s one lesson to take away from this past year, it’s the importance of connection.

“It’s always been our aim to create a sense of community by connecting people through a love of food,” says Manager Ben Little.

If you’re in a rush, takeaway service is also available.
