Sean’s Kitchen has reopened with a refreshed menu including Beetroot Salad, Blue Fin Tuna Ceviche, and Port Lincoln Rockling.

Sean’s Kitchen has officially reopened its doors, and will be serving lunch and dinner to patrons from Tuesday through to Saturday.

New items on the refreshed menu include Beetroot Salad, Blue Fin Tuna Ceviche, Port Lincoln Rockling, Confit Duck and Coorong Scotch Fillet.

The Sean’s Kitchen beverage menu includes an even stronger South Australian focus, with the addition of natural wines from Tim Stock’s Les Fruits, gins from Threefold and Red Hen, as well as a Big Shed Golden Time Vodka Martini.

The Attic and The Private Dining Room in Sean’s Kitchen will also reopen for private functions.

“After several months closed, I’m over the moon to be reopening Sean’s Kitchen on Tuesday,” said Celebrity Chef, Sean Connolly.

“The shutdown period has allowed us to take a closer look at our menu and work even more closely with our local artisans, farmers and winemakers. I can’t wait to see you all there soon.”

The Sean’s Kitchen entrance, off Station Lane, has been refurbished during closure, allowing more natural light into the restaurant.

SkyCity has worked closely with authorities to ensure a commitment to delivering the most robust health and safety standards, with the safety and welfare of customers and staff the primary focus.

Bookings can be made via the Sean’s Kitchen website here.
