Service SA battles technical woes on EzyReg platform

Service SA is working to resolve a technical issue with the EzyReg website which is causing some payments to not process correctly.

Technical glitches have struck the EzyReg website, impacting payment processing for users attempting transactions since 8pm on February 29, 2024.

Affected users are encouraged to verify the success of their transactions by logging into their mySAGOV/EzyReg accounts and confirming if their registration or license expiry dates have been appropriately updated. Although Service SA staff are endeavouring to reach out to impacted customers directly, individuals are urged to proactively check the status of their payments.

Service SA is actively addressing this issue to ensure seamless functionality for all users.

Various transactions on the EzyReg platform may have been affected, including vehicle and boat registrations, driver’s licenses, and other payments. Consequently, users who have conducted any online payments during the specified timeframe should remain vigilant regarding the status of their transactions.

For those encountering discrepancies in their transaction statuses, immediate action is advised. Users can reach out to Service SA via phone at 13 10 84 or seek assistance at any Service SA centre. Additionally, registration renewals can be processed at Australia Post outlets or through Service SA’s automated telephone service, which operates 24/7 at 1300 361 021.

Notably, Service SA centers at Elizabeth, Marion, Modbury, Prospect, and Seaford Meadows extend their operating hours to Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm, providing customers with additional support options.
