Hey ZoZo’s Café, the latest venture by renowned restaurateur Elliott Brown, has officially opened its doors this long weekend in Henley Beach.
Situated on the bustling Military Road adjacent to Star of the Sea School, Hey ZoZo’s has taken over Homesick Henley which opened last last year.
Following the success of his McLaren Vale eatery, ‘Hey Juj,’ Brown is excited to introduce a similar concept to Henley Beach.
They’re keeping it simple with Hey ZoZo’s, with a menu featuring café classics designed to cater to on-the-go parents, students, and local workers.
Drawing inspiration from his own experiences and the vibrant atmosphere of Henley Beach, Brown expressed his anticipation for the venture.
“I’m looking forward to coming back down that way, it’s such a vibrant and busy location and
after how rewarding Hey Juj has been, I’m hoping that this new location will be the same,”
Elliott says.
In keeping with his family-centric approach, Brown has named Hey ZoZo’s after his cousin, Zoe Buttery.
“It was tricky trying to choose the next name, and not everyone in the family who missed out
is happy about it, but I thought Zo fitted the best!” Elliott explains.
Hey ZoZo’s will not only serve delectable food and beverages but will also offer a selection of local products and produce, catering to those on the move.
With seating for 26, the café provides a spacious and inviting environment for friends to gather or students to study.
“This new space is for everyone and there will be something on the menu for everyone as well,” Elliott says.
“Come in take a seat or grab a coffee and a snack on your way through.”
