From thrilling new rides, to expanded food offerings, the Show will have all your favourite Showbags, carnival attractions, exhibition pavilions, nightly fireworks and more.

Here’s our top five picks for this year, plus a few Showbag recommendations!

The Joker

The Royal Adelaide Show is welcoming a new thrill ride this year: The Joker. It’s the Shows first and only grade five ride. As it swings 24 metres above the crowd, riders will experience a full 360-degree revolution, with a staggering 4.5 G’s of negative force. This is one for any adrenaline junkies!

Expanded food offering

The Royal Adelaide Show has outdone itself this year across three food precincts. The new Oyster Bar and Shibui Desert Bar will be serving up delicious meals for those with a more refined palate, along with, Phathead Dumpling, Gang Gang Snack Bar and One Sneaky Cheetah. For those who simply can’t go past a classic, Show favourite Dagwood Dog will be returning.

Boulevard Stage brought to you by Gluttony

Gluttony is bringing its star-studded lineup to the Royal Adelaide Show’s Boulevard Stage, with performances from 80’s Ladies, DJ Nelya, the Big Wheel Show, and Wham Glam Circus Man. This exciting addition offers fully-fledged Fringe shows as part of your Show entry, providing even more value for your visit.

Taste SA Pavillion

The Taste SA Pavillion will be in a new, larger location where visitors can enjoy the expanded Cellar Door Experience and dive into the world of chocolate and ice cream, as well as beer and wine. This includes the Father’s Day beer tasting – a fantastic experience that’s perfect for dads and a must book. 

Vili’s Dog Pavilion

The iconic Vili’s Dog Pavilion offers a cool and comfortable environment to watch over 100 different dog breeds compete. There is also plenty of pet shopping in this space, with plenty of pet supplies to spoil your furry friend.
