Can you think of anything better than waking up on a Sunday morning for a calming session of yoga overlooking a gorgeous vineyard? Well, Artwine and Roaming Zen are teaming up on Sunday, March 19th to give you ‘Yoga In The Vines’.
This is the perfect way to escape the chaos of Mad March! Grab your pals and head to for the Adelaide Hills to enjoy a morning of Hatha Yoga run by the experts at Roaming Zen amongst the vines. It’s your chance to unwind, stretch and release all that tension that has been building up after the festive season. You don’t need to be a die-hard yogie to join in. All levels of experience and fitness welcome. Hatha yoga postures can easily be modified to make it do-able for everyone.
Roaming Zen have assured us Hatha yoga is a great place to begin your journey into the world of yoga. The word Hatha means ‘exersion’ or ‘effort’ in Sanskrit, and the word Yoga translates to ‘Union’. When placed under stress, the body’s fight or flight response goes to what it knows so, with regular practice, Hatha yoga trains the body to know what to do when faced with situations of stress.
Regular practice will increase your flexibility, mobility, tone your muscles and improve your strength. The best part about this experience is that you get to bliss out afterwards with a cheese platter and a glass of fabulous ArtWine vino. Hey, you’ve earn’t it!
The event runs 9am-12pm Sunday, March 19th at ArtWine Estate. To keep up to date with the latest event details, follow ArtWine on Facebook.
