Zen Kitchen returns to Sinclair’s Gully

Sinclair’s Gully, together with the owner and head chef of Zen Kitchen, will be hosting a 3 course ‘hands on’ food and wine lunch on Sunday 15th May at 12.30pm for a 1pm start.

The Zen Kitchen specialises in traditional Vietnamese cuisine which has been exquisitely matched to a selection of Sinclair Gully’s wines.

MENU

First Course – Goi Cuon Chao Tom (Cold Rolls)
Learn to roll your own rice paper cold rolls! Quoc will take you through step by step on how to roll your own fresh cold rolls filled with succulent sugar cane prawns accompanied by a selection of fresh Vietnamese herbs & vegetables.

Second Course – Canh Duoi Bo (Oxtail Soup)
Savor the natural sweetness of oxtails slow cooked in delicately seasoned clear broth.

Third Course – Heo Ham (Braised Pork Belly)
Slow cooked braised pork belly with a touch of aniseed, served with Bok Choy and Steamed Rice.

The cost per person for the 3 course lunch, including 3 glasses of wine is $55 per person.

To reserve your place, a $35 per person deposit is payable on booking. Please note, numbers will be limited for this event, please book early to avoid disappointment.
