A new tutoring centre in Windsor Gardens is inviting local families through its doors for a family-friendly day with face painting, fun activities and a special offer for students who sign up on the day.
The centre, which opened earlier this year, will host a grand opening on Saturday June 13, from 3pm to 5pm. It’s open to anyone who’s keen to meet the team behind the centre, explore the space and learn more about their approach to tutoring.
The first ten families to sign up on the day will receive a free academic assessment and two weeks of free tutoring. Families who bring a friend along will also be able to unlock exclusive referral discounts.
The centre is led by husband-and-wife team Dhruv and Disha, who grew up taking more than their fair share of math, science and english classes.
“Our focus is on helping students overcome challenges in the moment, so they can learn from mistakes and build a deeper understanding,” Dhruv said. “We aim to empower every student, ensuring no one feels left out.
“By creating a supportive and approachable environment, we build genuine connections that motivate students and give them the confidence to ask questions.”
Families looking for extra support heading into the second half of the school year will also have the chance to meet Dhruv and Disha in person.

The centre supports school students from Reception to Year 12 with English and maths tutoring, and employs high-achieving university students across fields including medicine, engineering and education.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, the centre creates personalised plans for each student and provides daily feedback to parents, helping families stay informed about progress, challenges and next steps.
“What we do differently to other tutoring institutions is give daily feedback to the students and parents on how their child did for the day,” Dhruv said.
“That’s very important to us and them.”

The centre is open year-round, with regular term-time tutoring and school holiday programs that bring a bit of fun into the mix, including coding, creative writing and public speaking classes.
For Dhruv and Disha, it’s all about bringing confidence and care for children of all abilities.
“There are a lot of students who are shy to ask questions because they’re worried about being judged,” Dhruv said.
“We’re here to build confidence. The more students engage, the more they grow.”
Families can register their interest for the opening day by RSVPing here.
