Every Wednesday night for the month of August, Mettā Sol, Goodwood, will feature the incredibly talented Archy Desai for a night of delectable Indian cuisine as part of of their ‘Indian Khana’ Travel Series.

The Mettā Sol Travel Series brings in guest chefs each month to showcase food from their own culture. The menu is open to interpretation from each individual chef, but must be 100% plant-based!

The Travel Series began as a means to showcase multiculturalism in Australian food. It brings together people from different cultures to explore and discover all the flavours the world has on offer.

The event is back for another month of fun after the success of the July Travel Series with Huda Al Sultan.

Discover the inspiring menu every Wednesday night of August from 5 til 8 pm, kicking off on Wednesday 5 August. Bookings essential!

Archy Desai, founder of Archy Cooks, will be transformings Mettā Sol’s kitchen into a delightful haven of spices with her Indian Khana of bold, flavoursome delicacies.

Her menu is inspired by her childhood memories of cooking with her mum.

“Food is love, it halts time for me. From having grown up watching mum using her Mortar & Pestle to grind aromatic spice blends & curry pastes to getting amazed by relentless street vendors dishing out plates of bold flavours from such small confines are my inspirations,” Archy Desai says.

The night will take your tastebuds on a journey through the different regions of India’s robust spices, flavours, colours and textures.

The menu features

The Thali
