Distilled from a mix of classical and modern botanicals, Desert Strength celebrates the vast, sun drenched deserts of Central Australia and the unique food this arid environment offers.
We all know South Australia is the driest state in the driest continent, but did you know wattle seed flourishes in the desert with minimal water? So to capture that quintessential Aussie desert flavour, the craft spirit company knew wattle seed had to be their secret ingredient. Three species of the botanical are soaked in the gin after distillation and, boy, it packs a punch.
