Big Shed Brewing’s popular massive chicken schnitzel pizzas––dubbed “schnizzas”–– weigh in at 1kg, and they’ll now be on offer once every month.
The monster meals will be available from the third Tuesday of the month, starting this Tuesday with a brisket con carne schnizza.
This week’s special has Mexican salsa, Tex Mex cheese, house brisket mince chilli con carne, beans, jalapenos then topped with Sour cream, guacamole and house tortilla chips garnished with fresh cilantro and spring onions.
The schnizza is sliced into eight pieces for easy consumption and is available for dine-in, pickup and delivery. If you head into the brewery to eat, you can enjoy the crazy combination alongside Big Shed’s crazy combo drinks, such as Golden Gaytime ice cream stout and cherry sparkling cider.
The mammoth special is $35 and usually serves two.
“It’s designed to serve two, or one really hungry person,” Jules Kazmierczak, Big Shed’s admin and events manager, jokes.
It’ll be available until it sells out but don’t worry, the special will be back with new toppings next month!
