Celebrate Pirate Life’s 6th birthday with 6 new beers and a nation-wide party

The Port Adelaide brewery is hosting a birthday party with special edition beers and food trucks in SA and five other locations.

It’s Pirate Life Brewing’s birthday, and you’re invited to their party. The three-day event is celebrating a sixth birthday, will feature six new beers, and will take place at six nation-wide locations.

Jack Cameron, one of Pirate Life Brewing’s founders, is excited to announce the new beers.

“It’s always exciting releasing a new beer, and six in one day is an especially big effort from the team,” Cameron says.

“Everyone at the brewery is stoked.”

Pirate Life is known for a quality range of core and more modern seasonal beers, such as their acaí and passionfruit sour and their timely Adelaide Fringe Draught.

In typical Pirate Life fashion, they are keeping the special edition beer flavours a secret until their announcement at the end of this week, but Cameron says there will be a mix.

“There’s a couple of traditional beers as an homage to when we started, and there are some funky sours and hazys with some interesting additions,” he says.

The SA party will take place at the much-loved Port Adelaide brewery, and they will also host events at pubs in Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and the Gold Coast on March 12 – 14.

On Friday, guests can expect DJs and food from Boston Bay Smallgoods. Saturday is an “old school” party with live bands, and Sunday is a “family-friendly dog day” with entertainment.
