Vogue Festival is just around the corner and The Mayfair Hotel are hosting a magical event to celebrate.
At their magnificent rooftop bar Hennessy, The Mayfair Hotel will host its first ever fashion high tea on Friday the October 8 at 3:30pm.
With limited tickets for $99 per person, guests are promised an afternoon of decadence as part of an immersive fashion experience.
The special event will take place in partnership with Head Designer of couture+love+madness Cristina Tridente, as she celebrates 10 wonderful years with a live installation featuring her favourite designs from the last decade.
Guests will be treated to an exclusive champagne cocktail, inspired by Cristina’s favourite gown the ‘Rose’ Gown. The cocktail, aptly named the Rose 75, is specially created for the event to pair with the food and fashion on show by Hennessy’s resident mixologist Jacob Quigg.
The Mayfair’s General Manager Scott Eger, is delighted to showcase Tridente’s designs at Hennessy on the first day of Vogue Festival with a very special experience for those on the day.
“It will be luxury at its finest at Hennessy,” Eger says.
“This very special event will offer the best of both worlds as we celebrate the talented vision of Cristina Tridente alongside our renowned High Tea which will be specially curated for the occasion, inspired by the artful installation of Cristina’s gowns and shared in a passed canape style service throughout the space.”
On celebrating 10 years of couture+love+madness, Cristina couldn’t be more excited to share her favourite pieces and to showcase them in such an interactive and special way.
“For me, the event really is a moment to pause and reflect on the last 10 years and my passion for this industry,” Cristina says.
“I have loved every minute of my career and a live installation such as this, where I can revisit some of my favourite pieces from the years, will be really memorable.”
The fashion high tea will be held on Friday the 8th of October from 3:30-5:30pm.
